Thanks to the generous financial support from Bank of America, in partnership with EcoMedia, a weekly clinic has been established to enhance healthcare for veterans at our Hawley Veterans Services Center. The clinic is conducted by a staff physician and nurse, and will include wellness checks, medication management and other healthcare services. 35 Bank of America employees volunteered on November 7th to complete a beautification project, which kicked off the launch of the clinic. With big smiles and hugs, children served through Volunteers of America Southwest’s Family Resource Center in Rialto, CA thanked the representatives from Best Best & Krieger LLP for their brand new backpacks. On Wednesday, August 7th, Representatives from BBK unloaded and delivered 350 donated backpacks to help families in need. This effort is a part of Operation Backpack, a volunteer collection drive held nationwide that helps provide school supplies to children of low-income families.
