Program provides home-based and center-based services including free well baby and parent home visits, free child development center for children with parents who work or go to school, free nutritional and educational information, free parenting support groups, and free referrals to low-cost and no-cost community resources. This half-day preschool program for 4-year-olds is free to eligible low-income families.  Proof of income is required.  Morning and afternoon sessions are available.  Quality educational instruction focuses on pre-literacy skills, early childhood education, kindergarten readiness and family strengthening.
